University of Wisconsin–Madison
We develop artificial intelligence and machine-learning methods for computational neuropathology. Our research integrates digital histopathology, whole-slide imaging, spatial transcriptomics, and multimodal data to improve disease quantification, biomarker discovery, and understanding of Alzheimer’s disease and related neurodegenerative disorders.
We share models, datasets, and open-source tools that support transparent, reproducible biomedical research. Please consult each repository for documentation, licensing, intended use, and limitations.
